Approve Your Proof
Before approving your proofs, please make sure you have read the following throughly.
The customer is responsible for checking and agreeing to all proofs, please make sure to double check all spellings, dates and names.
It is crucial that you carefully review the proof to make sure that the information is accurate and that no spelling mistakes are present.
Should any problems be found after printing, reordering would be at full cost.
Please check everything three times! Asking someone else to read it for you is also beneficial
since they might see something you have missed.
Timeless Stationery by Chloe does not guarantee that proofs are free of errors or that they are proofread for spelling mistakes.
If you find any errors or changes that you would like making in you proof please contact me before filling out this form. If the form is filled in and changes are then requested, a new approval proof form would need to be filled out.
Until this form is completed and returned to me, I am unable to begin the next steps of your order. Lengthy delays to approving your proof could result in your dispatch time being altered.
Please be aware that information that you provide is sometimes manually entered, it cannot always be copied and pasted. Because of this, human error could occur, and any errors or necessary adjustments must be pointed out to me before approving your proof. Please make sure that you properly proofread all of the phrasing, spelling, and grammar.
Any modifications to an order requested after your approval are subject to the discretion of Timeless Stationery by Chloe and will depend on the current production phase and timeline, and may result in extra charges.
The colours of the print, card stock, ribbon, wax seals, and other handmade decorations may differ slightly from what is displayed on your screen to the final physical print. All fonts, sizes and materials will be used as per the proof.
What is shown on the proof is what will be printed.
Proofs serve as a visual guide to help you envision how your stationery will appear, but since all items are handmade and printed, there may be slight variations between what you see on screen and the final product, as well as among individual invitations.
Given the handmade nature of our invitations and stationery, the appearance of the items may slightly differ from each other and from any previous samples you may have ordered.
I hold the right to take and use pictures of all stationery created on social media for advertisement, all contact details will be hidden.
In the event of the customer cancelling an order, any monies already paid will be lost and the production slot will be released. Cancelled orders are non transferable.
Due to all items being personalised unfortunately we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
We ensure that all our orders are packaged with great care. If any items are damaged, please report the issue within 72 hours of delivery. Each solution will vary based on the timing and extent of the damage.
