Refund policy

All products, including deposits are non-refundable and non exchangeable, due to their custom made nature. The only exception is if items are damaged in transit, and in this case a refund or replacement will be sent once we have received the broken item back and have inspected it to find out what has happened, if the damage is down to the courier, time will need to be allowed for the refund to be processed from their end.

Returns and Refunds
We do not offer any returns or refunds as all items and services are personalised. Deposits are none-refundable as they cover time spent on your order and materials sourced for your order. Clear digital previews are sent of all orders, and have to be approved before they can be made. I am unable to make orders without approval of the preview. If any previews are approved with later found errors, costs for reprinting, remaking and reposting will apply, you are responsible for carefully checking all previews before approving them.
